Mrs. Jessie Scott is the owner of Music for Learning. Mrs. Scott retired after teaching music for 35 years in the public school system. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education from Grambling State University, Master’s Degree in Music and Administration from Delta State University. Since 2008, she has taught at St. Paul’s Christian Academy in Arlington, TX as well as conducted private sessions in her home. Many students achieved their goals because she uses her gentle teaching style to encourage all who encounter her presence. Mrs. Jessie Scott works with beginners starting at the age of four; her lessons are 30 minutes because as an educator she is aware that most people have a short attention span.
