Constance Pullam-Sanders, Owner of Eatie’s

Constance Pullam-Sanders’ passion for cooking started with her parents; she was always around delicious southern cooking. The Pullams owned a barbeque restaurant on Mitchell Boulevard in Fort Worth, Texas, for many years. Ironically, Constance created a healthier cuisine from watching cooking shows and experimenting.

The journey began when she prepared food for work potlucks. Her dishes were so tasty that people asked her to prepare their meals because they wanted people to complement their dishes as well. Eventually, a co-worker requested that she make dinners for them. As the orders continued to pile up and she missed work to cater events, her supervisor asked her to take a ride with him one day. While driving, he mentioned he knew she was possibly catering when she used her off time. Surprisingly, he took her to the Comptroller’s Office to purchase her DBA. He said you should at least try, so Constance Pullam-Sanders did.

That’s how Eatie’s was established. Constance does meal preps, catering, and private chef services. She also specializes in particular dietary needs for vegans, vegetarians, pescatarians, diabetics, athletes, and traditional soul food. Eatie’s can accommodate anyone. Reach out to Constance Pullam-Sanders, and you’ll be glad you did. (940) 442-8821, http://eaties.us/ https://www.facebook.com/eaties
